Performing Arts at Georges Vanier

Drama

"All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players. They have their exits and their entrances..."
William Shakespeare, As You Like It

On entering the drama room, students will learn new ways to view themselves and connect with others on the stage of life.
The study of Drama presents students with the opportunity to explore dramatic forms using their own issues as well as pieces from a range of genres and cultures. Students will study the principles of voice, space, time and movement as they collaborate, present and reflect in the creation of individual and collective pieces in a safe, creative environment.
