Aerospace
Let your career take flight. The Georges Vanier Aerospace course creates new and exciting opportunities in the fast growing aerospace and aviation fields.
With realistic equipment and a working shop equipped with aircraft, a helicopter, aircraft simulators, a wind tunnel and electronic trainers, these courses have a strong “hands-on”
approach.

Advanced Placement
Through AP courses, high school students engage in university-level study where they participate in classes that are rigorous than most other high school offerings. In AP classes, students acquire skills that help them succeed academically. Successful students who pass the Advanced Exam, usually at the end of the academic year, may earn university credit, advanced placement, or both.

Any Student who has successfully earned five credits in Business Studies is eligible for a Business Specialist Certificate. Students who have successfully earned five credits with an average of 85% or higher are eligible for a Business Specialist Certificate with Honours.

The One World program is a unique program that focuses primarily on using music as a powerful medium of communication. At Georges Vanier, the music we create is of the highest caliber, but what distinguishes the work that we do is the powerful positive message carried by our art.
Get F.I.T
Get F.I.T, puts the Focus on Information Technology and prepares students for a world that runs on computers. It provides high school graduates with technical and business / entrepreneurial skills, and with essential workplace skills and experience.
Centennial College Partnership
Every summer, students interested in technology can purse a course at Centennial College and earn high school credits as well as college level credits. These courses vary each year, and include topics such as computer programming, networking and computer repair.
